A quantum experiment in a volcanic facility gone wrong. Now, all inorganic matter is stuck on a time loop.  Firing a bullet will start its loop. You need to recall the bullet to take it out of its loop. Right after recalling a bullet, it has some kinetic energy built up. Fire it immediately for a power shot.
